Semi-detached house at the foot of the dune leading to La Piste beach in Capbreton. It consists of a 28 square metre main room with a fitted kitchen area. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet. The cabin bedroom is equipped with single bunk beds and a wardrobe. The mezzanine is 15 square metres and has a wardrobe and a queen-size bed. There is a veranda of approximately 12 square metres leading to a terrace and a private outdoor area. The property is set on a plot of 110 square metres. There is a private parking space and a laundry room. There is also a key box with a personalised code for each new guest. Check-in will be via a concierge service. The laundry room can accommodate your bicycles and surfboards. A surfboard rental shop is located at the foot of the dune, right outside the house. The surf school is at the end of the street. Cycle paths are right outside the house. Bicycle rental shops await you in town.

Cleaning and bed linen are included. Beds are made upon arrival. You can hire towels for €60 for four people. A babysitting service (subject to a charge) can be arranged when you need it, depending on your availability and that of the person in charge.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (30% of the total amount).
A security deposit of €350 will be requested when the balance is paid and will be returned within 5 days of your departure, depending on the check-out time.
